Hi my name is mike brown and i would like to say " I think you are one of the best bowler's i have ever seen". My question is for me i can bowl a very high game when i go practice. But when im competing nothing gose right i don't understand why, the only time did well is when i started drinking and almost bowled a 300 game.
I just wanted a sound advice from a pro and not a joe. I fill like just throwing every thing owen in bowling to the trash.
Hi Mike,
It sounds like you might be getting a bit too tense when bowling. Try to have fun and remember it isn't the end of the world if your bowling doesn't go the way you want. You may need some lessons and practice to learn a few more things about bowling.

I've been playing bowling for almost 12 years now and I know the lane conditions, I know how to play them and with which ball, because I know what I can do, but I can't help but not listen to what the lane has to "say." I have some sort of a mental block. Any suggestion
Hi Aldo,
Learning to play lanes properly is one of the ways the great bowlers separate themselves from the good ones. You need to pay attention to how your ball reacts on the lanes and make minor or major adjustments accordingly. If you know how to play lane conditions then you should know how to make the adjustments necessary when the lanes are changing.

How do i keep my mental game up i can go front 7 then my ball speed changes i get to relaxed then leave splits and barley shoot 215 spares cost me from avg 200 kevin boson
Hi Kevin,
Staying focused is a problem a lot of people, including myself, struggle with. When you are on the approach, try to concentrate on your target and making a good follow through. Keying in on as few things as possible will help. Good luck!
